True has announced the appointment of Marcus Liddiard, as Chief Operating Officer. Marcus is an experienced commercial and operations director with a strong track record of building and leading high performing teams. 

His educational background is in life sciences with a first class honours in Zoology from the University of Aberdeen, and has since continued his studies in the area of sustainability with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.

Alongside his role at True, Marcus is the Chair of the Grants Committee of the Association of Jersey Charities. Commenting on Marcus’s appointment, Michael Price, True Limited Chairman said: “We are delighted to welcome Marcus to our team at this very exciting time for True. His appointment further strengthens the team and adds valuable experience and expertise”. Michelle Ryan, Chief Sustainability Officer added: “Marcus’ recent experience in a technically strong business with a global client base will enable True to increase capacity and accelerate our mission to help our clients on their sustainable journey.”
